What are the official celebration dates?
Wednesday, May 26 through Saturday, May 29, 2027, in Bodrum, Türkiye. There is an evening marina outing on Saturday, so consider checking out Sunday, May 30 if you plan to attend every event.
Where should I stay?
Allium Bodrum Resort & Spa in Yalıkavak is our official hotel. A special group discount will be available by using a forthcoming code on the hotel's official website. Please wait for Jaymee's booking instructions before expecting the group rate.
Which Allium room types have the special Jaymee’s guest discount?
Deluxe Sea View and Deluxe Balcony Sea View are the two eligible options for Jaymee’s Aegean 50 guests. Your private group code and booking instructions are coming soon. Rates and availability are subject to Allium’s booking terms.
When will the discount code be released?
The group booking code, eligibility details, rate conditions and any booking deadline are still to be shared. You'll find the details here and in the confirmed guest group once available.
Which costs am I responsible for?
Guests pay for their own flights and accommodation. Jaymee is hosting the planned celebration activities and coordinated group transportation. Optional personal outings, incidentals and services outside hosted activities are guests' own responsibility. Details of marina-evening inclusions are still to be confirmed.
What is the dress code for each event?
May 26: all white for the welcome gathering. May 27: empire-inspired attire for Empire Night. May 28: black tie for the birthday dinner, with room for rich formal colours such as burgundy, emerald, navy, plum, champagne or gold accents. May 29: emerald green for the daytime yacht party. No separate official dress code has yet been announced for Saturday evening at the marina.
What does “Do you” mean on May 27 and May 28?
The mornings are yours! Enjoy breakfast, a spa treatment, a little exploring or simply rest before the celebration later that day. These are personal free-time windows rather than scheduled group excursions.
Where is the marina evening taking place?
Saturday, May 29 includes a night at the marina, with OPA and other nearby lounges planned. Exact meeting points, times, reservations and any included services will be shared with confirmed guests.
Which airport should I fly into?
Search for Milas–Bodrum Airport, code BJV. Allow enough time to reach Allium in Yalıkavak; flights and airport transfers are separately arranged unless another arrangement is announced.
Do I need a visa for Türkiye?
Requirements vary by nationality and passport. Use the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs guidance and, if eligible, the official e-Visa website. Recheck closer to travel.
Can I extend my trip around Türkiye?
Absolutely. Bodrum has its own beaches, markets, marina and historic sights; Istanbul, Cappadocia and Ephesus/İzmir are other places to explore independently before or after the festivities. Extra travel and accommodations are personal arrangements.
Where do I get transportation and event updates?
Check the confirmed guest chat and this website. Event pickup points, start times and any group transport schedules will be added when finalized.
Is this guest website public?
